As a Senior AP/AR Representative, you'll contribute to ensuring smooth financial operations across our organization.

You'll manage accounts payable and receivable transactions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Associate's degree At least 1 year experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and data analysis.
proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
Knowledge of financial compliance requirements, internal controls, and financial best practices.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information with discretion.
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Experience processing high volumes of financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Experience with invoice processing, payment systems, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Demonstrated ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex financial discrepancies.

The estimated annualized pay range for this position in Ontario is $41,200.00-$61,750.00.
