Responsibilities

- You'll manage accounts payable and receivable transactions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Associate's degree At least 1 year experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and data analysis.
- proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Knowledge of financial compliance requirements, internal controls, and financial best practices.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information with discretion.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Nice to have
- Experience processing high volumes of financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience with invoice processing, payment systems, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex financial discrepancies.

Compensation
- The estimated annualized pay range for this position in Ontario is $41,200.00-$61,750.00.
