About the role
- On-site | Vancouver Office - 675 W Hastings St.
- As EviSmart scales across its Vancouver and Manila hubs, the volume of day-to-day accounting grows with it, and the books have to stay exact.
- We're hiring a Vancouver-based Bookkeeper to keep that transactional backbone accurate: payables, receivables, reconciliations, and sales tax - done right the first time.
Responsibilities
- Direct management from the Head of Finance and support from a financial team of six.
- An in-house AI model research and development team building proprietary intelligence.
Compensation
- 99% data-entry accuracy, automatic or manual.
- The judgement to recognize when something is wrong and know what to do about it.
- A can-do mentality.
- $50,000 - $62,000 CAD (depending on experience)
- We ship before we're 100% certain.
- We write things down because we have two offices and memory is lossy.
