Responsibilities
- Perform visual and destructive weld inspections to ensure compliance with AWS D1.1/D1.5, ASME, and DOT standards.
- Identify and document weld defects and non-conformities.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and generate professional reports using our proprietary software, designed to report welding and NDT inspections.
- Our work supports infrastructure, innovation, and the future of our communities.
- AEIS professionals grow into QA Leads, Technical Specialists, and Project Leaders who shape the future of construction quality.

Requirements
- 1-10 years of hands-on structural welding inspection experience
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction plans
- Experience with bolting inspections
- Familiarity with ASME standards
- Experience working on DOT or public infrastructure projects

Compensation
- This range is based on national market data and may vary widely by experience and location.
- $48hr - $50/hr.
