About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Ecommerce Manager to oversee ecommerce website operations, digital customer experience, ecommerce technology, website projects, and online business initiatives.
This role ensures website performance, reliability, usability, brand consistency, and effective execution of digital projects while coordinating developers, agencies, vendors, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders.
The candidate should also be curious about AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms, and interested in exploring practical ways AI can improve ecommerce operations, workflows, documentation, reporting, QA, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Strong UX/UI understanding and visual design judgment.

Requirements

5+ years in ecommerce, website operations, digital commerce, or ecommerce project management.
Experience managing ecommerce websites and digital projects.
Hands-on experience with major ecommerce platforms.
Knowledge of ecommerce technologies, integrations, analytics, tracking, checkout systems, and customer journey optimization.
Experience using analytics and behavior tracking tools.

Compensation
