Responsibilities
- Act as Project Manager or provide support to a Project Manager for New Product Development to release new products for production
- Provide support to other team members for various product support needs as assigned
- Validate and characterize silicon
- Team lead in root cause analysis and problem solving efforts
- Perform other job related tasks as directed by the manager.

Requirements
- 7.5 years of industry experience.
- Proven debug and problem solving skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft tools to include Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Familiarity with setup and use of lab test equipment
- Ability to work individually, with local team members, and with off-site and cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze and present data with clarity and proficiency
- BSEE, MSEE, or equivalent, with 5 - 7.5 years of industry experience.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with product life cycles a plus
Skills
- This position will have a primary focus on New Product Development (NPD) and sustaining engineering for Microchip's SPG.
Compensation
- We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
- It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.
- The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $70,000 - $105,000.* *Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
