Responsibilities

  • Future-State Process & Solution Design Co-create improved demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management processes.
  • Develop future-state operating models, decision frameworks, and process documentation grounded in best practices.
  • Client Engagement & Facilitation Lead or support workshops, discovery sessions, and design meetings, ensuring discussions are productive and aligned.
  • Manage expectations with maturity and guide clients through ambiguous or evolving situations.
  • Support Technology-Enabled Transformation Provide functional expertise for system consolidation efforts or planning tool implementations.
  • Contribute to requirements definition, design reviews, testing support, and adoption planning.
  • Change Adoption & Capability Building Assist clients in building sustainable planning capabilities through training materials, process documentation, and practical coaching.
  • Support communication and change management efforts that ensure long-term success. #LI-KC1
  • We collaborate closely with industry leaders like Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Bridgestone, AkzoNobel, Beiersdorf, Oatly, and many more - creating partnerships that drive meaningful impact.
  • In these industries, we support a range of global leaders in their E2E planning transformation journey such as Bayer, Johnson&Johnson, BASF, and Bridgestone.

Requirements

  • Experience 4-6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, supply chain transformation, or operations.
  • About you You are a structured thinker, a strong communicator, and a collaborative problem solver.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.

Skills

  • able to present complex information clearly and adjust messages for different audiences.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide discussions and navigate competing viewpoints.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
