About the role

This role will play a critical part in supporting G&A and other business functions in the United States.
This role is hybrid with on-site expectations at our South San Francisco HQ.
The contract duration will be until the end of year with potential extension.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based roles, primarily supporting G&A functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, IT, and Facilities) and other business areas as needed.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development and negotiation, and coordination through onboarding.
Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for a variety of corporate roles, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, targeted outreach, referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques.
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for both current and anticipated hiring needs, including hard‑to‑fill and niche skill sets.
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring priorities, define role requirements, and provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscape to support data‑driven hiring decisions.
Manage and collaborate with external recruiting agencies as needed, ensuring alignment with hiring goals, timelines, and budgets.
Manage and optimize recruiting activities within Workday Recruiting, ensuring accurate data, compliance, and a high-quality candidate experience.
Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition and HR teams to drive consistent, scalable recruiting processes and best practices.

Strong sourcing expertise, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive pipeline development.
Hands-on experience using Workday Recruiting or similar applicant tracking systems.

Experience supporting periods of rapid growth, organizational change, or temporary talent needs.
Knowledge of employer branding and best practices for engaging passive talent in competitive U.S. markets.

In the U.S., the hiring pay range for fully qualified candidates is $60.00 - $75.00 per hour.
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
