About the role

  • This role will play a critical part in supporting G&A and other business functions in the United States.
  • This role is hybrid with on-site expectations at our South San Francisco HQ.
  • The contract duration will be until the end of year with potential extension.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based roles, primarily supporting G&A functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, IT, and Facilities) and other business areas as needed.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development and negotiation, and coordination through onboarding.
  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for a variety of corporate roles, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, targeted outreach, referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for both current and anticipated hiring needs, including hard‑to‑fill and niche skill sets.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring priorities, define role requirements, and provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscape to support data‑driven hiring decisions.
  • Manage and collaborate with external recruiting agencies as needed, ensuring alignment with hiring goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage and optimize recruiting activities within Workday Recruiting, ensuring accurate data, compliance, and a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition and HR teams to drive consistent, scalable recruiting processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong sourcing expertise, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive pipeline development.
  • Hands-on experience using Workday Recruiting or similar applicant tracking systems.

Compensation

  • In the U.S., the hiring pay range for fully qualified candidates is $60.00 - $75.00 per hour.
  • The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
