About the role

The Logistics Coordinator works with the logistics operations team in communicating with carriers and customers to guarantee on-time service for all shipments.
The Core Competencies for this position are:
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills that include handling difficult carrier and customer situations in a respectful and professional manner.

Manages load information including pick-up and delivery times for all shipments using logistics management software.
Validates all load data prior to delivery and addresses all types of product discrepancies requesting documentation as needed.
Ability to proactively identify load issues and works with team to promptly implement solutions.
Performs other essential duties as assigned by management in support of optimal operations performance.

Ability to receive coaching and follow procedures and management directions.
