- SompoRe has a unique opportunity for the Regional Head of Property Facultative - Midwest/West Region in our U.S. Property Facultative team.

Responsibilities
- o Develop and nurture client relationships to drive organic premium growth and underwrite complex accounts with a focus on profitable outcomes.
- o Perform and oversee comprehensive risk analyses, including exposure evaluation, aggregation, scenario testing, and profitability assessments using internal models and market data.
- o Build and maintain strong relationships to highlight SompoRe's capabilities in underwriting, market trends, audits, and claims.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in Property Facultative underwriting, with a strong background in direct and broker-led business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Deep knowledge of individual risk and automatics, retrocessional planning, and relevant laws and terms associated with underwriting coverages.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and professional manner.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding client service with a professional and solutions-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

- ARe and/or CPCU preferred.
Compensation
- $200,000 - $330,000 Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.

- The total compensation opportunity for all regular, full-time employees is a combination of base salary and incentives that gets adjusted upfront based on overall Company performance with final awards based on individual performance.
