About the role

Position Overview Keep our communities fed.
Our focus is simple but meaningful, from our distribution centers to our offices-every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families, neighbors, and communities.
As a C&S Pilot, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of assigned flights.

To be successful, you will be able to support an on-call schedule, overnight travel and international travel.

Commercial and ATP ratings required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to quickly respond to emergency situations with appropriate actions.
Excellent knowledge of Federal Aviation regulations and safety procedures
Strong customer service skills as well as safety and compliance
The ability to sit for long periods of time
10-15 years of experience is preferred
A minimum of 3,000-4,000 total flight hours, including at least 1,000 hours of jet time and a minimum of one jet type rating (preferred: Challenger 3500)
