About the role

  • This position is with the Administrative Services Division, Information, Management and Analysis Branch (IMAB).
  • IMAB also plans and directs the procurement of such services for Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) nationwide.
  • OR Specialized Experience: Experience that provided a knowledge of printing equipment, methods of production, and sources of printing.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing, developing and implementing policies, standards, principles and methods for managing an Agency-wide printing or graphic design program.
  • Planning and directing the procurement of printing, graphic design, distribution, mail services, and/or warehouse publications.
  • Volunteer work helps build critical competencies and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
  • Performing substantive administrative support or policy functions directly related to publishing and printing program management or operations.

Requirements

  • This position has an individual occupational requirement that must be met in order to qualify for the position:
  • Experience that provided a knowledge of printing equipment, methods of production, and sources of printing.

Skills

  • Using automated databases to track, prepare and distribute Agency mail and Federal Express activities.
