About the role
- We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Mix Operator to join our Production team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately document production activities, including batch records, ingredient usage, and cleaning logs.
- Take production samples and perform basic laboratory tests to ensure product quality.
- Troubleshoot machinery and mixing processes to minimize downtime and maintain product standards.
- Operate and maintain waste water treatment systems in compliance with environmental and safety guidelines.
- Basic math skills with the ability to perform and apply mathematical reasoning.
Requirements
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stand for long periods, and handle materials as needed.
- This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heights.
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety protocols.

Compensation
- $41,600 - $55,972 / Annually
