Responsibilities
- Resource Innovations is seeking a Partner Relations Associate to join our growing team in New England.
- This role blends relationship-driven outreach with program coordination and partner management, supporting the successful delivery of utility energy efficiency programs in Connecticut.
- In this highly collaborative role, you will serve as a key connector between utility clients, distributors, internal delivery teams, and program partners.
- Success in this role is measured by performance results, partner satisfaction, program participation, and effective collaboration across teams.
- Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we're constantly expanding our portfolio of clean energy solutions to guide utilities through increasingly complex, connected challenges.
Requirements

Compensation
- The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $55,000-$75,000.
- In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
- The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
- Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
