Responsibilities

  • Proven experience developing, presenting, and operationalizing strategies, business cases, and financial models for executive-level audiences.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, delegation, prioritization, performance management, team development, and the ability to lead through ambiguity.
  • Strong acumen in project management and proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives.

  • (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Supervisory experience may be substituted with 12 years of MedImpact experience plus an appropriate external leadership training program and internal mentorship with a seasoned leader at the Director level or above that must be completed within 12 months in new position with a seasoned leader at the Director level or above that must be completed within 12 months in new position.
  • Computer Skills
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Experience with SQL, database applications, financial modeling tools, reporting platforms, and enterprise project tracking tools is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex enterprise initiatives involving pharmaceutical manufacturers, vendors, internal business owners, clients, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders.
