Support the Showrunners in overseeing the preparation, production, and quality assurance of daily videos, ensuring assets and sets are prepped to standard.
Assist with communication between various teams involved in production, acting as a liaison and co-lead to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
Collaborate on video ideation and help maintain content that aligns with brand standards and audience engagement goals.
Create and maintain documents to keep production timelines consistent.
Lead the production team through daily video production.
Be available to support weekend review rotations as needed.
About the Job CatFace is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Showrunner to support the Showrunner in overseeing the video production process from concept to completion, as well as ensuring quality and communication throughout the production process.

1-2 years' of experience in video production, preferably in an entertainment or digital (YouTube) media environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
Ability to be agile.
Content flow changes every week in the YouTube environment, and an open mind is required to adapt.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a willingness to take on new challenges.
