Responsibilities
- Manage international assignments throughout the entire assignee lifecycle, from initiation through repatriation.
- Partner with home and host HR teams, business leaders, and external providers to ensure seamless assignment experiences.
- Maintain accurate international assignment records in HRIS and mobility administration systems.
- Produce reports and analyses that support program effectiveness and compliance.
- Lead global compensation and tax compliance activities under the International Mobility Program.
- Partner with payroll teams, tax providers, and mobility colleagues to ensure accurate earnings reporting and tax compliance.

- This position is based at our Global Headquarters in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where you will work closely with senior business leaders, HR partners, Finance, Tax, Payroll, and external service providers across multiple regions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international mobility, including global compensation and tax compliance.
- Strong understanding of international assignment administration and mobility practices.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
