About Role: - The Strategic Program Manager is accountable to provide the commercial & operational direction for nominated chemical customer contracts either by customer group or by region, within the contracts business unit.
Accountable for the directing, managing & coordination of all contract activities within the given customer contracts and supporting functions to achieve the Company's business goals.

and provide accurate business forecasts on a regular basis.

Negotiate renewals of customer contract agreements using Best Practice Terms & Conditions for Incora
Closely monitoring sales, margin, costs, and inventory levels to meet or exceed budget ensuring accounts remain profitable.
Responsible for the maintenance of the contract for the life of the contract.
This element of the role will involve seamless communication to the functions of Planning and Procurement to ensure continuity of the supply of parts.
Significant experience of customer relationship management
Financially proficient to a good level
