About the role

  • Base Salary: $110k-$180k per year, depending on experience.
  • Actual offer will reflect your specific skills, years of relevant experience, and fit for the role.
  • It is unlikely that all new hires will start at the top of this range.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Office Management team, setting clear goals, providing coaching, and managing day-to-day priorities.
  • Own the strategy and execution of office management programs and initiatives that support a productive, organized, and welcoming work environment.
  • Support physical office operations, including lifting and transporting supplies and equipment.
  • Work with HR to plan and manage the employee events and activities calendar, including morale-building initiatives, team recognition programs, and firm-wide gatherings.
  • Develop, document, and refine office management processes and policies to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with firm standards.
  • Partner with HR to administer employee feedback mechanisms, including surveys and listening channels, to surface insights and drive improvements to the office experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership to align office management with broader firm priorities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • We manage approximately $4 billion across hedge funds and institutional accounts.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience managing office operations is required, ideally within a professional services or financial services environment.

Compensation

  • $110k-$180k per year, depending on experience.
