Responsibilities
- You'll work alongside experienced recruiters, revenue leaders, gain exposure to the full hiring lifecycle, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in Talent.
- Own end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling with precision and care, managing complex, high-volume calendars across candidates, interviewers, and leadership.
- Build trust through clear, proactive communication with candidates, interviewers, hiring teams, and cross-functional partners across People/HR, EA team, Workplace, and Finance.
- As a Recruiting Coordinator on our GTM Recruiting team, you'll play a critical role in helping Decagon build a world class GTM team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience with Ashby or another applicant tracking system (ATS).
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows or improve operational efficiency.
