About the role
- We're looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator (CRC), someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is ready to grow with our company.
- Review project expectations and final scope of work with homeowners
- Present and sell project upgrades and add-on services
Requirements
- Strong closing skills and a track record of exceeding sales goals
- No construction experience is required.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- 3-5 years of high-volume outbound phone sales experience, strongly preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Compensation
- $80,000-$115,000+ (Base Salary + Commission)
