Civil Science is seeking a driven and experienced Public Works Project Manager to support and grow our public works practice in Utah (Salt Lake City or Lehi Office).
You'll lead meaningful municipal infrastructure projects that directly impact the communities we serve, while building strong relationships with local agencies and stakeholders.

Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple active municipal projects
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
Deliver high-quality infrastructure projects for city, county, and state agencies
Support business development efforts, including proposals and client relationship growth
Collaborate with leadership to expand backlog and strengthen market presence
Our team of talented engineers, surveyors, planners, and technicians partners with clients across the public and private sectors to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.

Experience working with public agency clients
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
10+ years of experience in public works or municipal infrastructure projects
Experience with city, county, or DOT clients
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D
Experience delivering transportation and public works infrastructure projects
Ability to travel and meet client needs throughout Utah and potentially in surrounding states.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer
and stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer; lift up to 30 pounds; work on active construction sites with uneven terrain, varying weather conditions, and moderate to high noise levels; and stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required.
Business development or proposal support experience
Familiarity with regional infrastructure needs and standards
