Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and design teams
  • Manage CPM schedules, pull plans, and detailed look-ahead schedules
  • Maintain site security, access controls, and compliance with DoD project protocols
  • Monitor labor, material usage, and field productivity to support project financial goals

  • We're looking for an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead complex, large-scale construction projects, including Department of Defense and federal work.
  • Your leadership will drive safety, quality, schedule performance, and strong relationships with federal partners, design teams, trade contractors, and our internal project teams.

Requirements

  • Coordinate inspections, testing, reporting, and documentation required for federal projects
  • You understand the structure, documentation, and accountability required on DoD work and know how to lead teams in highly regulated environments.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 8 years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
  • Proven experience leading projects valued at $40M+
  • At least 2 years of experience on NAVFAC and/or USACE projects strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of federal contracting requirements, QA/QC, and safety standards EM-385-1-1
  • Experience working in secure and active federal facilities
  • In-depth knowledge of craft functions and union agreements
  • Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6 (preferred)
  • OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

Compensation

  • $140,000 - $180,000 USD
  • Background Check & Pre-Employment Screening
  • All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • For positions with access to company financial accounts or credit card programs, a credit history check may also be conducted.
  • All screening is conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state and local laws.
  • Candidates will be asked to provide written consent prior to any screening.
