You'll serve as the on-site leader responsible for planning, sequencing, and overseeing day-to-day field operations on projects valued at $40M+.
You communicate clearly, hold high standards, and take pride in delivering projects the right way.

Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and design teams
Manage CPM schedules, pull plans, and detailed look-ahead schedules
Maintain site security, access controls, and compliance with DoD project protocols
Monitor labor, material usage, and field productivity to support project financial goals

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead complex, large-scale construction projects, including Department of Defense and federal work.
Your leadership will drive safety, quality, schedule performance, and strong relationships with federal partners, design teams, trade contractors, and our internal project teams.

Coordinate inspections, testing, reporting, and documentation required for federal projects
You understand the structure, documentation, and accountability required on DoD work and know how to lead teams in highly regulated environments.

Minimum of 8 years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
Proven experience leading projects valued at $40M+
At least 2 years of experience on NAVFAC and/or USACE projects strongly preferred
Strong understanding of federal contracting requirements, QA/QC, and safety standards EM-385-1-1
Experience working in secure and active federal facilities
In-depth knowledge of craft functions and union agreements
Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6 (preferred)
OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

$140,000 - $180,000 USD
