Requirements
- Whether you are beginning your hospitality career or bringing years of experience, you'll find opportunities to learn, develop, and make an impact.
- Review incoming applications for non-management positions to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications.
- Strong computer skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft Teams experience desirable.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System or Human Resources information system preferred. Workday Recruit experience desirable.
Nice to have
- Hotel, restaurant, hospitality, or other high-volume service-industry experience preferred.
- Experience conducting interviews and phone screening candidates preferred.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System or Human Resources information system preferred.
- Workday Recruit experience desirable.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Compensation
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
- 10 days of holiday pay.
- Up to 14 Vacation & Sick days per year.
