- IMA is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing National Real Estate Team!

Responsibilities
- Support in winning new business and set up of new accounts
- Maintain intimate knowledge of clients' business operations, strategies, and needs throughout the year
- Develop and maintain carrier relationships
- Manage a book of business greater than $1.3 million in revenue
- 50% + book of business focused on large/complex accounts. Play a lead role with large/complex accounts, based on primary industry levels
- Support and demonstrate IMA's core values

Skills
- Experience in insurance or related industry based on the assigned book of business required
- Ability to think strategically based on client's priorities and marketplace cycle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within Applied Epic preferred
- Experience with MS Office products required (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Travel up 20-25% of the time, depending on the location of the role
- Strengthens IMA brand as subject matter expert (speaking at conferences, white papers, carrier relationships, etc.)
- Holds formal specialty designation preferred (ARM, CPCU, Industry specific designation, etc.)

Compensation
- $111,000 - $190,000 USD

- Kicks-off the client renewal process by creating the Game Plan and completing a coverage analysis (if applicable) and conducting thorough review of the policy and all relevant documents
