About the role
- As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Contruent, you will serve as a strategic technical advisor to a portfolio of our largest and most complex enterprise customers.
- While you will coordinate escalations when necessary, your primary focus is prevention, optimization, and strategic partnership.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of customer objectives and environments
- Lead resolution of complex technical issues
- Drive root cause analysis and prevention
- Maintain confidence during high-impact events
- Adoption, Retention & Expansion Support
- Support renewals with technical insight
- This is not a support role.
- You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product to drive adoption, support renewals, influence expansion, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in enterprise SaaS or related roles
- Project controls or capital project systems expertise
