About the role
- We utilize automation, robotics, and advanced materials to produce advanced composite parts for a wide range of industries, including sporting goods, defense, wind energy, automotive, marine, and others.

Nice to have
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing tools
- Analyze data to uncover opportunities for cost savings, process reliability, and quality improvements
- Solve production challenges with creative engineering solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent background
- 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience with SPC for process control and as an improvement tool
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and inventory management
Compensation
- $90,000-$130,000 depending on experience

- Optimize manufacturing processes and workflow to boost efficiency, quality, reliability, and throughput
- Build a process foundation that supports new product launches from concept through production
- Develop clear work instructions and process documentation and train affected personnel
- Partner with engineers who compose product specifications to ensure manufacturability is built in from the earliest concept stages
- Recommend, specify, and implement new equipment and tooling that advance our capabilities
- Drive safety, quality, and environmental responsibility across operations
