About the role

  • The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job.
  • Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, geographical area, experience, and capabilities.
  • It is specific to Texas and may not be applicable to other locations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years ' experience in leadership/supervisory in a commercial, enterprise, sales, and/or business environment
  • Proven record of delivering above expected performance from sales teams.

Skills

  • Understand and follow all company safety standards and practices. To include accident reporting procedures.
  • Understands and follows applicable OSHA and National Electric Safety Code rules and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation

  • 40 hours per year
  • 7 days per year
  • The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job.
  • Starting at 80 hours per year, and increases based on tenure with the organization
