About the role

  • We are growing Adobe's Risk Advisory and Assurance Services (RAAS) team and are looking for a Program Manager to help shape how our internal audit function operates at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Support audit planning and risk assessment activities
  • coordinate and lead internal RAAS operations projects.
  • Lead adoption and operationalization of AI tools across RAAS
  • identify and prioritize automation opportunities, document use case outcomes, and help the team work more effectively using approved AI solutions.
  • Maintain audit methodology, handbook, and templates
  • drive implementation of IIA Global Standards, Topical Requirements, and specialty frameworks for emerging risk areas.
  • partner with technical teams to define requirements and drive platform improvements.
  • Design and scale the RAAS metrics program, including leadership reporting and operational dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and scale operational metrics and reporting programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • familiarity with dashboarding and audit tools a plus

Compensation

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
  • The U.S. pay range for this position is $102,400 -- $194,450 annually.
  • Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

  • In California, the pay range for this position is $134,300 - $194,450
  • At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
