About the role
- Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Pharmaceutical knowledge and skills to provide care to adult and adolescent age groups in general and to a specific patient population.
- Knowledge and skills related to computerized pharmacy systems, special prescription delivery systems, third party payor and fiscal reimbursement knowledge related to ambulatory care practices.
Requirements
- Ability to learn computer and application skills as applicable to role.
Nice to have
- ◾ ASHP accredited pharmacy (PGY-1) residency training preferred.
- ◾ LTC consultation experience is preferred.
- ◾ Working knowledge of clinic-based operations preferred.
- ◾ Certification by Board of Pharmacy preferred.
- ◾ Licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin.
- ◾ BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.

- Ability to interact with and work around people.
- Ability to make judgments in demanding situations.
