Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and monitor all equipment, utilities systems that supply GMP manufacturing.
  • Perform preventative, routine, and non-routine maintenance on GMP equipment, utilities and systems.
  • Proactively perform routine inspection of the utilities, equipment and facilities to ensure functionality and audit readiness.
  • Document all work on validated systems including equipment logs, readings, and alarm investigations.
  • Analyze water systems, perform trend analysis and provide recommendations for program improvements and changes.
  • Respond to adverse conditions and implements corrective actions to restore equipment and/or utility to normal operation.

Requirements

  • Required:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency. 2-year Trade School or 3 years related industry experience, or some combination thereof.
  • Previous experience in a GMP and/or cleanroom facility preferred. Previous experience in a GMP facility preferred. WFI systems, Purified Water, Clean Steam Compressed gas, Practical knowledge of GMPs and working in an SOP environment
