Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of data and analytics programs, including data platform enhancements and tooling migrations
  • Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to define program scope, requirements, and success metrics
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and trade-offs across programs
  • drive mitigation plans and unblock teams
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes, and drive alignment through planning processes (e.g., roadmapping, sprint planning) across all levels of leadership

  • Collaborate with business partners across Product, Finance, Sales and Marketing, as well as Data Engineering, Analytics & Data Science, to drive delivery of critical data initiatives.
  • Proven attention to detail and a strong systems mindset will allow you to work efficiently with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable data solutions and measurable business outcomes.
  • You will succeed by having an eye on the big picture, challenging the status quo, and ensuring investments in data drive impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in technical program management, engineering, or data-related roles, including 3+ years experience communicating program outcomes to executives
  • Strong understanding of data ecosystems, including pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing
  • Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data stack (e.g. Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Spark, AWS)
  • Experience delivering cross-functional data programs in partnership with Data Engineering and Analytics teams in SaaS or product-led growth environments
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Atlassian, Sharepoint, Airtable)
  • Degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • Additionally, if you live near one of our offices you are welcome to work there full or part-time based on your preference.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in SQL and ability to engage in technical discussions (Python or scripting is a plus)
  • Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation frameworks, or clickstream data
  • Experience supporting analytics across Sales, Marketing and Product ecosystems (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Experience implementing or driving data governance and data quality frameworks at scale
