Responsibilities
- Successfully delegate tasks and lead the Birthday Team through the dynamic environment of a birthday party Communicate well both verbally and via electronic communication Demonstrate exceptional customer service by managing the parent and child experience Schedule Birthday Team members using Homebase Coordinate with the Customer Engagement Team to understand any birthday customer requests Ensure the Birthday Team is set up for success with proper prep, information, and materials HAVE FUN, laugh, and engage kids and families!
