Requirements
- 1-3 years of finance or real-estate finance experience
- Experience with large data sets
Skills
- Excel proficiency
- General real estate or finance understanding
- Proficient data organization skills
- SQL or Snowflake experience - nice to have
- Motivation/Self Drive

Compensation
- Point will top off California PFL earnings to full salary for up to eight weeks, as well as two weeks of fully paid leave to be available after exhaustion of CA PFL.
