Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field
  • Working knowledge of basic pneumatic systems, including components, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Understanding of low-voltage electrical control circuits and the ability to safely diagnose and repair related issues.
  • Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and other maintenance diagnostic equipment.
  • Physical ability to perform maintenance duties, including lifting equipment and components, climbing, bending, kneeling, and working in confined or elevated spaces as required.
  • Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts - days, nights, and weekends
  • Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to.
  • This includes safety wear such as company issued/approved steel toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc. as needed in the required areas.

Skills

  • Conducts routine inspections and condition assessments to identify potential equipment issues before failures occur.
  • Repairs, replaces, adjusts, and aligns machinery components to restore equipment performance and reliability.
  • Responds promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests to minimize production downtime.
  • Adheres to all company safety policies, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, environmental requirements, and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
