Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field
Working knowledge of basic pneumatic systems, including components, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
Understanding of low-voltage electrical control circuits and the ability to safely diagnose and repair related issues.
Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and other maintenance diagnostic equipment.
Physical ability to perform maintenance duties, including lifting equipment and components, climbing, bending, kneeling, and working in confined or elevated spaces as required.
Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts - days, nights, and weekends

This includes safety wear such as company issued/approved steel toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc. as needed in the required areas.

Conducts routine inspections and condition assessments to identify potential equipment issues before failures occur.
Repairs, replaces, adjusts, and aligns machinery components to restore equipment performance and reliability.
Responds promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests to minimize production downtime.
Adheres to all company safety policies, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, environmental requirements, and quality standards.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
