About the role
- As Associate Creative Director, you will act as an extension of the Creative Director, focusing your strategic and creative leadership on Tier 2 and 3 clients.
- You'll also play a vital role in supporting the growth of our creative department by mentoring our creative team managers and emerging talent, championing a positive, collaborative spirit, ultimately amplifying our company vision and impact.
- Brand Strategy Implementation & Project Focus (Tier 2 & 3 Clients on Brand Track)

- You're the kind of creative leader who not only understands how to translate brand strategy into compelling campaigns but also thrives on guiding and inspiring creative teams to deliver exceptional work in a fast paced environment.
- Implement brand strategy and guidelines for assigned clients.
- Develop clear creative briefs and cascade to creative team ensuring understanding and alignment.
- Develop creative proposals with account management.
- Build strong client creative relationships.
- Maintain high standards for creative deliverables set by Creative Director.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in content development and creative leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, art and design or related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

- Strong portfolio showcasing successful and innovative campaigns.
- Exceptional storytelling skills and a deep understanding of how to convey brand messages effectively.
- Excellent presentation and client skills.

- Salary $80K - $120K USD annually
Nice to have
- Creative or marketing agency experience preferred.
- Asana is a plus.
