About the role
- You'll also serve as the highest-bandwidth channel between our customers and our product team.
- This is a technical role: it requires real SAP expertise, fluency in the Nova platform, hands-on debugging skill and the ability to communicate clearly with both developers and executives.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and prove value.
- Own the long-term technical relationship.
- You'll be the technical voice in the room with each customer's SAP architects, development leads, and product owners.
- Translate customer reality into product. Every meaningful insight, friction point, and emergent use case should flow through you and shape what we build next.
- We're a small, highly talent-dense team building the infrastructure to make AI fluent in SAP.
Requirements
- You bring deep SAP technical experience, whether from senior consulting, in-house development, or independent work.
- You have informed opinions on AI tooling and frontier models.
- 5+ years of serious SAP technical work
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA migrations or Clean Core programs
Nice to have
- You have a track record of public technical output - writing, talks, open-source contributions, community presence. (Strong plus, not required.)

- You'll own POCs and enterprise deployments at our most important customers - picking the right use cases, configuring Nova against their systems, training customers on using Nova, demonstrating concrete wins, and guiding them from first usage to durable, expanding adoption.
