Responsibilities
- Support People Analytics research projects by assisting with data collection, literature reviews, survey research, and background research under the guidance of team members.
- Prepare, organize, and validate workforce data for analysis while following established data privacy, quality, and governance practices.
- Perform basic quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Assist in developing dashboards, reports, presentations, and research summaries that clearly communicate findings to HR stakeholders.
- Document analytical methods, assumptions, processes, and project outcomes to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with People Analytics, HR, and business partners to understand project needs, incorporate feedback, and complete assigned deliverables.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field
- You must be enrolled in an advanced degree program if graduating before June 2027
- You must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week from January - June 2027
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data visualization, basic statistical analysis, survey data, or business intelligence tools is a plus.
Skills

Compensation
