About the role

  • This is a high-impact role for an experienced accounting professional with strong technical expertise in revenue recognition and financial reporting.
  • The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of month-end close activities, including preparation and review of journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations, as well as consolidation and financial reporting
  • Lead the continuous improvement, automation, and documentation of the Company's accounting policies and procedures, while enhancing controls, improving data quality, and implementing best practices
  • Developing internal policies and procedures related to revenue recognition and assist with the implementation and administration of revenue accounting systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
  • 5-10 years of work experience
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to quickly learn new financial systems
  • Required Experience

Nice to have

  • Big 4 or Public accounting experience (preferred)
