- Maintains logs for OSHA, JCAHO, and other regulatory reviews.
- Plans and supports injury prevention initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Experience/Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of RN experience
- Computer proficiency and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of case management, workers' compensation, and related regulations
- License/Certification/Education
Compensation
- Coordinates with workers' compensation carriers and internal stakeholders.

- The Registered Nurse (Employee Health) is responsible for providing professional nursing care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing
- Collaborates with management and environmental health staff to support employee health and safety objectives.
- Coordinates care and follow-up for work-related health events.
- Offers health counseling within nursing scope and follows up with employees and managers.
- Implements health promotion strategies such as flu campaigns and TB screening.
