- Contribute to enterprise strategy development and translate business priorities into clear operating plans, investments, and transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in global manufacturing and supply chain environments.
- At least 10 years of leadership experience managing multi‑site, global operations and sourcing organizations.
