The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

The Production Associate position performs all tasks involved in the trimming of cannabis flower. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
Maintain safe and clean work environment.
Maintain equipment in good working condition.
Meet established goals as designated by the Production Lead and/or Production Manager.
The Production Associate position performs all tasks involved in the trimming of cannabis flower.

Must be 21+ years of age
Proven background of being dependable and punctual
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain focused while being adaptable in an ever-changing business environment
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift
Must be able to exert well-paced mobility and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours in length
Must be able to adapt to fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy

1-2 years of prior dry trim experience preferred, but not necessary.
For extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday
Previous Cannabis Experience or 1-2 years of Production Experience in Distro preferred
