About the role

We are looking for a Franchise Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team.
This is a critical new hire that will serve as the strategic engine for our largest global brands, including CoComelon and Blippi.
Working closely with the General Manager and Associate GMs, you will play a critical role in setting franchise and content plans, evaluating new business opportunities, and managing execution of key cross-functional initiatives.

Support the day-to-day franchise planning and content strategy processes, ensuring all workstreams are aligned with long-term brand goals.
Support the GM team on growth strategy project management, acting as a key driver for high-level meetings, presentations, and strategic models.
Develop clear, data-driven business cases for major investments, such as feature film sequels, international expansion, and new series development.
Create high-impact executive presentations and financial models that synthesize internal and external data to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with the Data & Insights team to track content and franchise performance, identifying emerging trends and providing actionable recommendations to the leadership team.
