About the role
- Windsor Troy Law, LLP, is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join our vibrant and growing personal injury legal team and play an essential part supporting our litigation function.
- You will report directly to our Supervising Attorney.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the production of documents and information by analyzing requests, consulting with internal partners, and obtaining, reviewing and producing documents
- Organize and process pleadings, correspondence, exhibits and other documents
- Coordinate document collections/productions
- Manage service of process and daily calendaring/docketing of case
- Draft routine correspondence and support special projects, including fact investigations and interviews
- create internal templates, guidelines, and playbooks

Requirements
- 3+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience as a paralegal in a plaintiff personal injury law firm
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with high proficiency
- Experience with litigation in both California state and federal courts
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft and Google software applications
- Familiarity with case management software programs, specifically FileVine
- Do you have a passion for Personal Injury and a desire to practice within an organization with lots of room for growth?
- File pleadings/documents with the court with all appropriate attachments required per court
- Undertake complex projects
Nice to have
- Associates, Bachelors, or Paralegal Certificate is highly preferred
