Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, QA, and technical leads.
- Drive adoption of modern development frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and scalable systems.
- Partner with Product, Analytics, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Collaborate on product roadmaps, ensuring engineering feasibility, scalability, and performance.
Compensation
- Illinois Pay Range
- $185,000 - $195,000 USD
