About the role
- Reporting to the Associate Production Supervisor, the Production Specialist involves being responsible for a variety of complex operations and duties in a production area.
- Hours: 6:00 pm -6:00 am (Rotating shift)
- Assists in the compliance of safety regulations, i.e. ISO and business controls.
Responsibilities

- Develops, maintains and improves assembly processes within area of responsibility.
- Drives production schedules and process related problems to closure.
- Supports team in making process and efficiency improvements.
- Handles first calls in non-maintenance down issues and provides assistance to manufacturing support with implementing changes.
- Clears minor machine difficulties and performs maintenance and repairs under supervision of technician, engineer or supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year machine troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of and experience with assembly requirements
Skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
Compensation
- Job Posting Start Date 06-23-2026 Job Posting End Date 07-27-2026 The base pay range for this position is provided below.
- $21.61 USD - $29.18 USD Hourly
