About the role
- Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a Project Manager to join our Water Resources department.
- You w ill be responsible for overall management of complex municipal water and wastewater projects including large-diameter pipelines, lift stations, pump stations, and treatment plant upgrades.
- Oversee the planning and construction of water resources projects, including Water Treatment Plants, Pumping Stations, Water Mains and Pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Prepare and manage CPM schedules and monthly progress reports
- Manage project close-out procedures, including startup, commissioning, and warranty.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in the Water/Wastewater Construction Industry
- Willingness to travel as required
- At least 2 completed projects in water/wastewater infrastructure
- Valid Driver's license
