This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience, leading and developing a high-performing team, and driving results across sales, operations, and clinical partnerships.
Lead all center operations in alignment with company values, policies, and standards
Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Own the full patient experience, from initial engagement through post-procedure follow-up
Partner across sales, operations, and clinical teams to drive performance and results
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results against KPIs and financial goals
The right person will take full ownership of their center, operating it as if it were their own.

This role offers a base salary of $80,000-$100,000, plus a monthly bonus based on performance against key metrics.
Total on-target earnings are approximately $120,000-$140,000+.
Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs.
