Overview Microsoft Windows Silicon & Systems Integration team (WSSI) is on a journey to deliver iconic end-to-end products across hardware, software, and services that people love and use every day.

As a Principal Partner Enablement Program Manager on our team, you will lead silicon planning and co-engineering with one or more silicon partners.

You will create requirements for and oversee implementation/maintenance of tools and infrastructure supporting co-engineering engagement and efficiency between Windows and silicon partners.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 12+ years experience in hardware/software product/service/project/program management or cross-group/cross-functional engineering.
OR equivalent experience.
Understanding of both software and hardware lifecycles and interplay between software and hardware development and schedules.
Proficiency with issue tracking and project management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO).
Ability to articulate business problems, alternatives, and product strategy.
