Wentworth Institute of Technology invites applications for the position of Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach.

Responsible for building a competitive and sustainable roster
Key duties include organizing practice sessions, designing strategic match preparations, developing competitive schedules, and coordinating team travel logistics.
Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for hiring and developing assistant coaches, managing the operational budget with fiscal responsibility, and executing all administrative tasks in a timely, professional manner.
As a visible representative of the Athletics Department, the Head Coach collaborates broadly with faculty, staff, and Student Affairs to enrich campus life.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree.
A minimum of three years of successful tennis coaching and leadership experience, and a valid driver's license.
Exceptional communication skills and building inclusive team environments.

5+ years of tennis coaching experience
Head coaching experience

Position Details:
The job grade for this position is Grade 7.
