About the role
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Provide daily objectives and motivate the team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics to the VP of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain documentation
- Prospect and develop a pipeline of qualified leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to relevant individuals and organizations
- Partner with Account Executives to support sales cycle success and drive urgency
- Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate account details and contact information
- Opportunities to participate in company projects that support efficient company growth
- Ability to build relationships with senior-level professionals and to work well under pressure
Requirements
- Experience with outbound cold-outreach
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem solving, time management, and organization skills
Compensation
- We offer a competitive compensation package that include a base salary starting at $70,000/year + performance-based incentives, and comprehensive benefits and engagement opportunities.
